1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 01.02.2024 No. ZRU-901, all pedagogical workers providing education and upbringing of children undergo a free medical examination on a regular basis.

2. According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 01.02.2024 No. ZRU-901, teachers of state educational organizations are granted extended annual paid holidays for 56 days.

3. In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the length of working time for teachers is set at no more than 36 hours per week.

4. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2019 No. 823, school teachers are allocated a bonus from 10 to 40 percent, librarians and psychologists - from 10 to 20 percent based on the criteria for evaluating their activities.

5. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 No. 562, winners of prestigious international Olympiads who work as teachers in educational institutions are paid a monthly bonus of 150 percent to their official salary, winners of the republican stage of the main Olympiads - a monthly bonus of 100 percent to their official salary.

6. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2019, No. 823, material assistance to employees of general education institutions is provided during the calendar year in the event of the death of the employee himself and a close relative (father, mother, spouse, child), a serious illness, damage from a natural disaster up to the amount of two official salaries (teacher's tariff rate).

7. According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2022 No. DP-134, teachers who have an internationally recognized national certificate in the subject they teach are paid a monthly additional bonus of 50 percent of their tariff rate.

8. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 09.09.2021 No. 562, the school that wins the competition "The best school for teaching foreign languages" will receive half a billion soums.

9. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 12, 2021 No. 638, teachers of inclusive classes will be provided with a bonus of up to 40%.

10. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 11, 2021 No. RP-4940, teachers teaching in remote areas will receive a bonus of up to 50%.

11. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2023 No. 120, pedagogical workers with 25 years or more of work experience in pedagogical activity and who have not more than 5 years to retire from retirement are not subject to mandatory certification.

12. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 29.09.1994 No. 490, additional remuneration is paid to professors and teachers of the field of medicine for the performance of therapeutic and diagnostic work.
