In accordance with paragraph 7 of Presidential Decree No. PP-279, the applications of citizens wishing to transfer their studies for 2 valid reasons were reviewed, and a list of students recommended for transfer to higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation system in the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year was sent.

   Starting today, students applying for transfer to universities are asked to meet (contact) with the higher education institution's transfer officials.
