According to Article 386 of the Labor Code:
Guarantees and compensations are provided to employees who combine work with training when they receive the appropriate level of training for the first time. These guarantees and compensations may also be provided to employees who have received the appropriate level of education and have been sent by the employer for training in accordance with internal documents, an employment contract, or a separate agreement between the employer and the employee.
An employee carrying out work simultaneously with training in two organizations carrying out educational activities is granted guarantees and compensations only in connection with the education received in one of these organizations (at the employee's choice).
That is, the above article states for the first time that guarantees and compensations will be provided to those receiving education at the appropriate level. For those studying a second specialty, guarantees and compensations can be provided only if this is stipulated by internal documents, an employment contract, or a separate agreement between the employer and the employee.
