The main task of a student is to get an education. Because of this, the student has the right to work only during his free time. It doesn't matter whether it's traditional or distance learning.

In both cases, the main task is to study. In accordance with Article 184 of the Labor Code, the duration of working hours for medical workers, educators and other categories of employees whose work is associated with a high level of mental, mental and nervous stress, that is, with a special character, is more than one week is defined as thirty-six hours. Accordingly, weekly working hours for all teaching staff do not exceed 36 hours, in which the legislator sets this standard for 1 rate. 

👆According to this rule, the student cannot complete these hours during education, because of this he cannot work full-time at the school. 

❗️In this case, the student can work at a rate of 0.50 to 0.75 depending on the hours of his classes at the Higher Education Institution. It takes 7 hours a day to complete a weekly workload. Even when there are at least 2 para lessons in one day, it takes a student almost three hours. Or even if you study 2 days a week, you cannot fulfill the criteria of Article 184 of the Criminal Code. Accordingly, a full-time student cannot work full-time.
