📄 Teachers and educators wishing to teach in low-performing schools in other regions should select one of the low-performing schools listed on the electronic platform and apply directly to the general education school principal for the indicated vacant hours from May 15 to July 25.

📌Teachers submit the following documents to the principal of a low-performing school:

🔹 An application addressed to the principal, indicating their specialty and subject of instruction;

🔹A resume (obyektivka) indicating their permanent residence address (region, district/city name) and telephone number;

🔹A copy of the certificate confirming their higher or first qualification category.

🔖 A Working Group will be formed to select teachers who have expressed a desire to teach in low-performing schools.

The Working Group includes the school principal, the deputy principal for academic affairs, the human resources manager (inspector), a psychologist, and a representative of the school's trade union.

📑 The Working Group reviews the documents submitted by the applicant teachers and educators.

💬If there are two or more candidates who meet the established requirements for the same vacant position, they will be interviewed by the Working Group to assess their professional knowledge and skills, pedagogical abilities, and psychological aptitude.

The selection process can also be conducted online.

🖥By August 5th each year, low-performing schools enter information about teachers and educators selected based on the Working Group's evaluation and interview results into the electronic platform.

Teachers wishing to work in low-performing schools must:

🔹Have higher education in the relevant field of study;

🔹Possess a first or highest qualification category in their subject of instruction;

🔹Have at least one year of teaching experience in another region;

🔹Not be currently employed at a school included in the list of low-performing schools.
