News 26/05/2025 Parents are responsible for the behavior of students during the holidays

In accordance with the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education dated June 27, 2023, No. 190 "On Approving the Job Instructions of the Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Work of a General Secondary Educational Institution and Class Teachers," parents are liable for the actions of students outside the educational institution after classes and during holidays in accordance with the current legislation.

Class teachers will not be held accountable. Consequently, in such cases, disciplinary measures are not applied not only to the class teacher, but also to the deputy directors.

Note: Article 73 of the Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan states that parents are responsible for raising their children. They are obliged to care for the health, mental, physical, spiritual, and moral development of their children.
