Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, admission to educational programs in which a foreign language is defined as the first subject in the set of subjects is carried out on the basis of a national or international certificate that determines the level of foreign language proficiency.

That is, starting from the new academic year, only those with a certificate can apply to the direction in which the first subject is a foreign language (3.2 points).

The list of areas of study of higher educational institutions of the republic for the 2025/2026 academic year and the list of areas of study in which a foreign language is defined as the first subject according to the set of subjects for which a corresponding test (professional (creative) exam) is taken is given in the appendix.
