According to current legislation, payment for lost or unusable textbooks and teaching materials is collected from the student's parents, as well as persons acting in their place, or teachers in the following manner:

- in the form of textbooks and teaching materials;

In the amount specified in the primary documents (invoice, waybill):

- for each textbook and teaching material for first-grade students - in the amount of its full value;

- for each textbook and teaching material for students in grades 2-4 - in the amount of twice its value;

- for each textbook and teaching material for students in grades 5-11 - in the amount of four times its value.
