News 15/03/2025 Students of private universities included in the Youth Notebook will be paid up to 19 million soums for tuition fees

   According to paragraph 35 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 312 (June 7, 2022) and Appendix No. 8 to this Regulation, the following categories:

  • a child of a family included in the Iron Notebook;
  • Children of women included in the women's notebook;
  • a child of a family included in the Unified Register of Social Protection, who is studying in a professional or higher educational institution;
  • pupil-student raised in an orphanage or Children's Town;
  • Low-income student-student deprived of parental care, taken under guardianship;
  • a child of a low-income family with a disability of group I or both groups II, at least one of whose family members is studying in a professional or higher educational institution;
  • Student with a disability or health impairment;
  • It is envisaged that it will be paid to a student with a low-income family.

   In branches of state, non-state higher educational organizations and foreign higher educational organizations studying in professional educational organizations of the republic, as well as operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan:

  • full-time correspondence and evening forms of bachelor's degree;
  • Students studying in full-time master's programs are reimbursed part of their annual tuition fees.

   Reimbursement of these expenses will be carried out according to the scheme based on a positive recommendation from the youth leader in the amount of up to 50% of the tuition fee, but not exceeding 50 times the BRV (18,750,000 soums).

Reimbursement of part of the costs of the paid contract does not apply to the categories:

  • second and subsequent specialty;
  • joint educational programs;
  • to those studying on a differentiated paid-contract basis.
