Presidential Decree "On Measures to Improve the System of Supporting Business Projects Aimed at Ensuring Youth Entrepreneurship and Their Employment" (No. PP-60 dated 14.02.2025) has been adopted.

   According to the decree, the State Targeted Fund for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship will be established under the Youth Affairs Agency on the basis of the Fund for Supporting Young Entrepreneurs.

   The Fund's resources will be increased to an amount equivalent to 100 million US dollars from designated sources.

   The main indicator of the Fund's effectiveness is ensuring employment and involving at least 50 thousand young people in entrepreneurship with its support.

   Land plots are allocated for the placement of business projects for the provision of services, the organization of entertainment and recreation areas along the specified rivers, canals, and embankments by putting them up for electronic online auction trading in the prescribed manner.

   At the expense of the funds of the Youth Affairs Agency allocated to the Fund, a venture fund will be created under the Fund to finance promising youth startup projects with an authorized fund equivalent to 10 million US dollars.
