❗️From December 20, the reception of applications for transfer of studies for unreasonable reasons began.

To receive applications, regional working groups were created in 13 STC (shown in the photo above).

⏳ Working groups will operate daily from 9:00 to 17:00 (Sunday - rest day; Saturday - from 9:00 to 15:00) until January 20, 2025.

📄 Applicants are required to submit the following documents (offline):

➖ application for transfer of study (the application form is submitted by the territorial working group, and the student fills it out locally);

➖ copies of the student's rating book or academic reference or transcript of the established form (if one is enough);

➖ copy of the passport;

➖ relevant documents substantiating the valid reasons.

️For information, there are 2 valid reasons for the transfer of study. These are:

➡to those who want to transfer their studies to a higher educational institution in the region where their spouse lives permanently in connection with the establishment of a family; 

➡ employees of state bodies who want to transfer their spouse or minor child to study in case of change of place of work (on the basis of the recommendation of the head of the relevant ministry (department).
