By the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 14, 2025, the Regulation "On the Procedure for Attracting Certain Categories of Students to Extracurricular Education in State General Secondary Educational Organizations" was approved. According to it:

Certain categories of students (children of families in the Register of Poor Families studying in general secondary educational organizations) are involved in additional education in state general secondary educational organizations, and 80 percent of the costs of education are covered from the State budget;

Students are involved in clubs on a voluntary basis;

conclusion of contracts between parents of students and educational organizations is carried out through the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz);

For services provided by educational organizations, the monthly payment for each circle per student does not exceed the following amounts:

1 basic calculated value for extracurricular education (groups of extended day) for students aged 7-11 years;

2 times the basic calculated value for clubs in general education subjects for students aged 12-18, foreign languages for students aged 15-18;

4 times the basic calculated value for clubs in the field of information technologies and professions for students aged 15-18 years.

80 percent of the club fee is paid from the State budget, 20 percent - by the student's parents.
