"The coverage has increased, but we have much to do in terms of quality. "Kindergartens should become places where children develop not only upbringing, but also the first skills for education," the President said.

Six-year-old children are almost fully enrolled in pre-school groups. This figure is expected to reach 100% next year.

It was emphasized that starting this year, it is necessary to harmonize school preparatory groups and primary education curricula based on advanced foreign experience.

It is planned to develop programs with a prestigious Singaporean organization that will teach kindergarten children critical and creative thinking in mathematics, natural sciences, and technology.

It is planned to introduce a system of professional certification to improve the qualifications, skills, and psychological training of teachers of state and private kindergartens.
