According to paragraph 6 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Appointing and Paying Scholarships to Students of Higher Educational Institutions, approved by Appendix No. 1 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 59 dated January 31, 2020, scholarships based on the results of the previous academic semester:
a) are assigned and paid in the following order:
b) students who have a "satisfactory" grade (rating indicator - less than 71 points) in 30 percent or more of their academic performance indicators (except for orphans and children left without parental care who are under full state support, as well as students with disabilities of groups 1 and 2) are not awarded a scholarship for the next academic semester.
Accordingly, if a student's academic performance is less than 71 percent, they will not receive a scholarship. If this indicator is 71% or higher (up to 86%), they will be paid a basic scholarship.
