Articles 30/05/2025 Now schools will be divided into "red," "yellow," and "green" categories

A regulation on maintaining student attendance, monitoring student involvement in education, and categorizing offenses in general education schools has been approved.

According to the regulation, schools are divided into "red," "yellow," and "green" categories based on the state of offenses, monitoring attendance and regular attendance of students in general education schools.

"Green" category school - if no crimes were committed by schoolchildren during the reporting period.

"Yellow" category school - if more than one, but not more than three, crimes were committed by schoolchildren during the reporting period.

Student attendance is monitored daily at the class level by subject teachers and class teachers through the "e-school" platform.

In general education schools, attendance and daily monitoring of students are carried out according to the scheme in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations.

The Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Work provides daily lists of students who did not attend classes without reason to inspector-psychologists based on the notification provided in Appendix No. 2 to these Regulations.

Failure by the director, deputy director for spiritual and educational work, class teacher, subject teacher to timely establish data on student attendance and maintain unreliable statistical reporting entails the application of disciplinary sanctions in the prescribed manner.

It has been determined that school principals are personally responsible for reporting information about students receiving illegal religious education, going abroad, and not regularly attending classes to the inspector-psychologist and district-city internal affairs departments within three days.
