• English: minimum 6.5 levels (IELTS);
• German: must be at least B2.

If you want to study for a bachelor's degree in public universities in Germany, you will need German. The reason is that undergraduate education in many public universities is conducted in German. Private universities have English-language programs, but they are taught on a contract basis.

In post-bachelor's degrees, you can also study English by itself. At this stage, there are enough international programs in English.
