According to the Regulation on the Procedure for Receiving Second and Subsequent Education in Higher Educational Institutions by Government Resolution (No. 606, 24.09.2021): persons with a bachelor's degree (certified specialist) with higher education can receive second and subsequent higher education in bachelor's degree programs.

✅ Admission parameters for second and subsequent higher education are determined by the university council.

Applicants are registered annually from July 10 to August 10 (inclusive) through the my.edu.uz electronic system.

The admission procedure (form of the entrance exam, assessment criteria, exam dates) is published annually by July 1 on the official website of the university.

Admission results are announced by the university annually by August 30.

Second and subsequent higher education starts from the 2nd year. In this case, the duration of study is set at one year less than the period established for the corresponding bachelor's degree programs.

The Regulation does not apply to higher military educational institutions.
