Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, targeted master's programs will be organized on a fee-contract basis for teachers with the highest qualification category in general secondary education schools.

In these programs, teachers will be educated through distance learning without interrupting their work. Only teachers with the highest qualification category in a system accredited by an international organization will be admitted to the master's program.

For the master's program, procedures for distance learning and state-issued diplomas, determination of tuition fees, and criteria for assessing students' knowledge will be developed.
