Articles 13/11/2023 Can graduates of colleges and technical schools study in universities from the 2nd or 3rd year?

This was announced at a meeting chaired by the president. According to it, from the new academic year, teaching in technical schools will be established on the basis of a new system that ensures the continuity of the components of education "Academic" and "Working profession."

Here:

educational programs, textbooks, criteria for assessing knowledge and requirements for teachers for 1-2 years of colleges and technical schools will be the same as for universities;

a "credit system" will also be introduced in technical schools, and accumulated "credits" for mastering the subject will be recognized in universities.

That is, students who have accumulated enough "credits" in the college-technique for two years will have the opportunity to continue their education in the second or third years of universities based on the "2+2" or "2+3" programs.

A new system will be introduced to increase the status of those who want to study at the college-technical school and continue their activities in production. Now those who studied in the field of "working profession" in colleges and technical schools, after working for two or three years and gaining experience, can take exams and obtain a qualification level equivalent to "bachelor."
