In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-53 dated February 2, 2024, a draft resolution by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been submitted for public discussion.

According to this, 11th-grade graduates who have received education in a profession corresponding to their vocational education track are permitted to take the final exam based on the school principal's order.

The date and time of the final examination are approved by the chairman of the final attestation commission, and the regional professional skills center is officially notified at least fifteen days before the start of the examination. This information is also posted as an announcement at the entrance of the general secondary school.

The evaluation criteria and questions for the final exam will be developed by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and sent to general secondary schools.

The results of the final exam will be announced on the same day the exam is completed. Students who were unable to take the exam for valid reasons can retake it by July 1 of the current year based on the Commission's decision. Graduates who do not pass the retake will not be issued a certificate.

Certificates will be issued to graduates through an electronic platform based on the decision of the school's pedagogical council.

Certificates are issued to graduates annually by June 25. Graduates who have retaken the final exam or have taken it late for certain reasons may be issued a certificate by July 1. Graduates can download this certificate free of charge from the electronic platform. If the certificate downloaded from the platform is lost or becomes unusable, it is possible to download it again through the platform.
