National certificate gives priority in class allocation. In this case, clauses 15 and 16 of the regulation "On the procedure for the completion of classes in general education institutions and the formation of tariff lists" are applied.

According to clause 15, teachers with international certificates in foreign language and STEAM subjects, including TESOL Level 5, CEFR B2, IELTS 6 and higher certificates, and the Republic of Uzbekistan Preschool and School Education Other certificates determined by the Ministry of Agriculture are listed in the 3rd step.

According to Clause 16, priority sequence is taken into account in the distribution of lessons, that is, teachers with national or international certificates will have the right to receive more lessons than other teachers.
