According to the presidential decree, starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, higher education institutions will implement an optimized form of daytime education (part-time education) based on the credit-modular system of alternative education.

The Roadmap approved by the Decree assigns the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education the task of developing procedures for training personnel in higher educational institutions according to the optimized form of daytime education.

According to this, the task has been set to develop a draft normative legal document on the procedures for training personnel in the optimized form of daytime education based on advanced foreign experiences, and to submit it to the Cabinet of Ministers in June-August 2025.
