Answer: Yes, it is possible. According to the requirements of the regulation approved by Resolution No. 572 of the Cabinet of Ministers, conditions for obtaining a category directly have been established. It includes a provision for awarding the highest category for life to those who hold academic degrees and titles.

Additionally, according to a recently adopted resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, our teachers who have 25 years of work experience by September 1, 2025, or who have defended the highest category three times and maintained it for 15 years, and have 5 years left until retirement, if they currently hold the highest category, will be able to retain this highest category for life.
