Many students want to know in advance which year they will be admitted to before transferring their studies, as they plan their future accordingly. However, in practice, this is impossible to know.

The reason is that not all state universities have published their curricula by specialization and course year on their official websites to compare the differences in subjects. It's also very difficult for a student to visit the university and find out this information.

The only opportunity is when they go to receive their acceptance letter after passing the exams, or even later, that they learn which year they will be admitted to. By this time, many people become discouraged by the information they hear.

Our team worked to create exactly such a system. However, the process was halted due to the inability to fully collect the curricula of state universities by specializations and course years.

If officials could take this process into account and create a system where students transferring can know their course year in advance, or provide available opportunities to those who want to create such a system, it would greatly ease the difficulties of many students and parents.
