Articles 26/04/2025 Do not interfere with teacher's activities; you will be held liable

During exam sessions at higher education institutions, there are instances of interference in teachers' activities by educational organizations or students themselves. However, it should be remembered that there are consequences for interfering with teachers' activities.

According to Article 197-5 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, unlawful interference in the professional activities of a pedagogical staff member of an educational organization or obstruction of the performance of their official duties entails administrative liability.

Unlawful interference in the professional activities of a pedagogical staff member of an educational organization, expressed by influencing the fair and objective assessment of students' knowledge, or obstructing the performance of official duties by a pedagogical staff member of an educational organization, results in a fine imposed on citizens from 7 to 10 times the base calculation amount, and on officials from 10 to 15 times the base calculation amount;
