The procedure for carrying out educational activities in Uzbekistan has been determined, the Ministry of Justice reports.

  According to it, the regulation "On the procedure for carrying out educational activities" was approved by a government decision.

What does the Regulation provide for?

  The Regulation defines the procedure and forms of educational activities and provides for:

• organizational and legal forms of carrying out educational activities and requirements for those carrying out this activity;
• forms of carrying out educational activities (lectures, presentations, seminars, master classes, courses, lectures, marathons, round tables and other forms not prohibited by law, directly or online, individually or in groups, for a fee or free of charge);
• the procedure for carrying out educational activities, including the requirement to develop a program of educational activities in a mandatory manner if there is a minor among the students of this activity;
• rights, obligations of participants in educational activities and prohibited actions when carrying out educational activities.

Need to sign a contract

  It is reported that educational activities can be carried out by establishing a legal entity or registering as an individual entrepreneur. Educational activities are carried out on a paid basis in accordance with a contract concluded in written or electronic form.

  Participation of persons under 14 years of age as listeners in educational activities is permitted with the written consent of their parents (legal guardians).
