The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution "On Additional Measures to Increase the Level of Preschool Education Coverage for Children in 2025-2026."
According to it:
- The Program of Measures to Increase the Level of Preschool Education Coverage for 2025-2026 and the Target Indicators for Preschool Education Coverage for Children Aged 3-7 have been approved.
- By the end of 2025, preschool education coverage for children from low-income families will be ensured.
Also, according to the resolution:
- non-state kindergartens based on public-private partnerships in mahallas with a high standard of living and solvency of the population (with fewer low-income families);
- family non-state kindergartens in remote and hard-to-reach mahallas (not located in district and city centers);
- non-state kindergartens on the basis of public-private partnership at the expense of loans and grants from the state, as well as international financial institutions, in mahallas with low solvency (with a relatively large number of poor families) and a high level of demographic growth;
- short-term groups are created in vacant buildings of social institutions.
