The Intellectual Property Center under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Institution) in order to further raise public awareness of intellectual property, support individuals engaged in science and scientific activity, and encourage owners of intellectual property results, announces the competition for the best intellectual property objects "Best IP - 2025."

   The competition is held in the nominations of the best invention or utility model, the best breeding achievement, and the best industrial design, for which protection documents have been obtained and maintained in practice for the last 3 years (2022-2024).

   Participants who have won the competition in each nomination are awarded a cash prize in the following amounts, together with an honorary certificate from the Ministry of Justice:

• 30 times the basic calculated value for the best invention or utility model;
• 25 times the basic calculated value for the best breeding achievement;
• 20 times the basic calculated value for the best industrial design.

   From February 1 to April 1, 2025, holders of intellectual property results wishing to participate in the competition submit the following documents to the commission:

• application for participation in the "Best IP - 2025" competition for the best intellectual property objects;
• operational act of the object or other document on the readiness of the object for operation (pilot or industrial test act, license agreement, implementation act, etc.).
