The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" stipulates that educational organizations implement curricula and study programs into the educational process.

   The curriculum, as a rule, reflects the schedule, duration, and frequency of the educational process, academic years, quarters, semesters, internships, vacations, certification, the number of allocated weeks, the studied subjects and the hours allocated to them, and other necessary parameters.

   As can be seen from the Law, internal regulations and class hours are determined by the higher educational institution itself. Thus, admission or non-admission to classes, attendance issues are carried out in each higher educational institution according to internal rules.
