Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 59 established the creation of the Student Incentive Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) in the corresponding financial year at the expense of 10 percent of the budget funds planned for scholarship payments in higher educational institutions and 2 percent of the planned payments under the contract.

However, according to the information received by us, many higher education institutions receive appeals about the fact that these incentives are not given and not used. There is also more than 1 month left until the end of the year. Talented students should be encouraged at the expense of this fund.
