As you know, according to Presidential Decree No. PF-73 adopted on April 28, 2025, part-time education for pedagogical education fields was terminated starting from the new academic year.

️Now, applicants will be admitted to these programs only for full-time and evening education forms, and admission will not be allowed for part-time or distance learning formats.

▪️Non-state universities that have received a license for distance learning in pedagogical fields will organize admission processes based on the new decree, but they will not be able to accept applicants for distance learning.

In other words, they can now only conduct admission processes for full-time and evening forms of education in the above-mentioned fields.
