In most cases, a separate document is not required for university grants. All applicants who submit documents will be automatically accepted as candidates for grants that meet the requirements. In some cases, they are required to issue a separate document. This factor varies depending on the scholarship.

Grants provided by governments (Government Grant Definition) are usually used for the following stages:

• master;
• exchange programs (even for schoolchildren);
• experience exchange programs;
• bachelor.
