According to the legislation, any family receives a one-time allowance upon the birth of a child. In folk language, this is called "suyunchi puli."
This "congratulatory money" is given to all citizens regardless of what their parents do, whether they work in the public sector, in the private sector, are unemployed, or are students. Everyone takes it.
For reference: the amount of "suyunchi puli" is set at 70.3% of the minimum wage. That is, it currently amounts to 738,150 soums.
Several years ago, this "congratulatory money" was received from the workplace by those who worked, from the place of study by those who studied, and from the Pension Fund by the unemployed. But it has been 4 years since this system changed.
Today, when a child is born, it is not necessary to go anywhere to receive "suyunchi puli." You don't need to apply to anyone or meet somewhere. Everything is automated.
When a child is born, the automated system itself assigns a PINFL number, sends an application for a birth certificate, puts them on the waiting list for kindergarten, and registers them at the polyclinic. Similarly, the "congratulatory money" automatically goes to one of the parents' plastic cards. I repeat, you don't need to go anywhere or submit an application for this.
Conclusion: there are old reports that if we apply to the rector when a child is born, we will receive money. Now there is no such system.
