According to the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers (February 12, 2024 No. 87) for applicants who for good reasons could not participate in the control examination and could not participate in the control examination for the first time and pass it, an extraordinary control examination is organized annually before the beginning of the new academic year.

An applicant who scored 56.7 points or higher as a result of the control test is considered to have passed the control test. However, the employment contract concluded with the applicant who participated in the extraordinary control test and did not score enough points will be terminated in the manner prescribed by labor law.

Also, the employer sends a complaint about the applicant's failure to pass professional certification to the higher educational organization where the applicant whose employment contract has been terminated has graduated.

This decision was made in order to pay serious attention to professional qualifications and certificates and to train qualified personnel.
