The teacher has the right to receive financial assistance when there are sufficient grounds. The material assistance and the prize money have nothing to do with each other.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, material assistance to employees of general education institutions is limited to the amount of two official salaries (teacher's tariff rate) during the calendar year:
death of the employee himself and close relative (father, mother, spouse, child);
severe illness;
when an employee suffers a natural disaster.
According to the content of the rule, if the above-mentioned circumstances occur during the period of the employee's work at the school on the basis of an employment contract, the employee has the right to receive financial assistance in the amount of 2 official salaries in case of sufficient funds in the director's fund.
According to this rule, an employee can receive financial assistance up to a total of 2 official salaries per calendar year.
According to paragraph 29 of this Regulation, employees of general education institutions, including their managers, may be rewarded in the amount of up to 50 percent of the minimum wage only on the occasion of "October 1 - Teacher and Mentor Day" at the expense of the existing funds of the Fund.
In this case, this award can be awarded for each academic year. The charter does not restrict that a teacher who has received an award once may not receive an award the following year. There is also no clear rule on exactly on what grounds the reward will be awarded.
Article 252 of the Labor Code stipulates that incentive remuneration, not provided for in the payment system, is a one-time monetary remuneration that is paid by the employer's decision not for the employee's achievement of predetermined indicators and conditions, but in connection with certain events (anniversaries, holidays, etc.) or the employee's performance of certain actions (performance of a special important task of the employer, introduction of a rationalization proposal, etc.).
