The Chairman of the Turkish Higher Education Council, Erol Özvar, announced that the allocation of scholarships for doctoral studies at Turkish universities for young Uzbek researchers will be launched this year.
In addition, the Turkish government annually accepts applications for the "Turkey Scholarships" grant program for bachelor's, master's, and PhD degrees.
