According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 758 of November 14, 2024:

▪️In the event of an increase in the amount of official salaries during the period when the employee is on vacation, the salary for the vacation is recalculated based on the number of actual working days that fall on the days when the organization works on the basis of new terms of payment for labor;

That is, an adjustment will be made to a part of the average salary for the period from the time the salary increases to the end of the leave.

▪️If an employee is recalled from vacation and the remaining part of the vacation is moved to another period, the average salary for paying for the unused part of the vacation is calculated in the prescribed manner, and the amount of the paid average salary corresponding to the transferred days of the vacation is written towards the monthly salary for the work performed or the time worked.

When the leave is divided into parts, the retained average earnings are calculated separately for each part in the prescribed manner.
