By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021, No. 572, according to paragraph 8d of Chapter 1 of the Certification Regulation, it is established that the highest qualification category (position of chief teacher) is awarded directly (without certification) to pedagogical personnel who have retained the highest qualification category (position of chief teacher) for 15 years after obtaining the highest qualification category (position of chief teacher) and have continuous work experience.

   In addition, pedagogical personnel, regardless of their category, who have 25 years or more of experience in pedagogical activity and have not more than 5 years left until retirement, are assigned their current qualification category directly (without certification). That is, they will not be involved in the next mandatory certification. But at any time, at their own discretion, they can submit it out of turn.

   We remind you that everyone who has completed 15 years of work experience before August 2, 2022, and who received the highest category on August 2, 2022, will retain the highest category and will be paid with the highest category.
