Articles 28/01/2025 Manage time, change your life!

To achieve success in life, it's not enough to just try. Proper time management also plays a crucial role. Studying the lives of world-renowned leaders and businesspeople, knowing how they effectively used their time, can serve as a great example for us. This is because they often allocated their time to unconventional yet highly productive activities such as reading books, contemplation, and taking breaks, alongside their work.

Warren Buffet, for example, spends 80 percent of his working time reading books and making decisions, despite working with hundreds of companies. He sees it as the key to success. He says that when doing something, not only physical labor, but also mental labor is necessary. Therefore, how we allocate our time determines our future success.

Leaders like Benjamin Franklin, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, and Peter Drucker emphasized the importance of keeping a diary. Each day they asked themselves questions and planned how they would spend the day. Therefore, keeping a diary helps not only to fulfill tasks, but also to understand oneself and make the right decisions.

In addition, taking breaks is also necessary for success. Great men such as Napoleon, Einstein, and Thomas Edison took short breaks every day and renewed themselves. They even preferred to sleep during the day, as it refreshed their creative thinking. New ideas and decisions often arise during leisure time.

The proper allocation of time also helps to improve health. Famous people like Charles Darwin, Beethoven, and Steve Jobs have included hiking in their daily plans. They believed that walking was effective not only for improving physical, but also for improving mental health. According to research by scientists, daily walks are not only beneficial for new ideas created in the brain, but also extend life.

In addition, successful people take the time to read every day. When we talk about the benefits of reading to millionaires like Mark Cuban, Bob Ayger, and Elon Musk, we can see that reading is an effective way to expand one's horizons, develop new ideas, and reduce stress.

But the most important thing is to experiment. You needn't be afraid to start something, you need to learn from failure and learn from it. Thomas Edison saw more than 50,000 of his failed experiments as saying, "There are lessons to learn here that will lead you to success."

Therefore, the correct allocation of time is the key to success. Every little step can make a big difference if we use our time efficiently. Time management is the most important factor in determining life's outcomes. Each of us should try to allocate time correctly to achieve our goals.
