However, in some cases, instances of teachers using fake certificates are observed. According to Sardor Rakhimboyev, an official of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, there are cases of introducing fake certificates into the system.

"Some of our teachers are trying to forge another teacher's certificate and register it on their own behalf. But they put themselves in an awkward position with these actions, because it is impossible to load fake certificates on the platform," Sardor Rakhimboyev said.

Consequences of using fake certificates:

Using a fake certificate not only damages the teacher's reputation, but also entails liability under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to Article 228 of the Criminal Code, forgery and sale of documents is punishable by a fine of fifty to one hundred times the base calculation amount or correctional labor for up to three years. If the document is knowingly forged and used, a fine of twenty-five to fifty times the base calculation amount or imprisonment for up to two years is applied.

❗️ It should be noted that the certificate holder is personally responsible for the authenticity of any certificate provided by teachers. If a fake certificate is found, the employment contract may also be terminated.
