The "Youth Notebook" is a database for identifying, eliminating, and monitoring the problems of unemployed youth with a need and desire for social, economic, legal, and psychological support, knowledge, and professional training. Registration in the "Youth Notebook" is carried out through the electronic platform "Youth Notebook." However, you must have a basis to enter this notebook.

The following categories of young people aged 14 and under 30 are included in the "Youth Notebook":
To enter the "Youth Notebook," young people can apply in the following 3 areas:

These applications will have to be studied by the youth leaders in the mahalla within 5 working days and recommended or rejected.
There are 25 types of assistance for young people in the "Youth Notebook." For each direction, a separate SMS notification will be sent to the citizen about the assistance provided and about its confirmation.
Young people included in the Youth Notebook will have the right to use the following opportunities.
1. Providing one-time financial assistance to young people in difficult financial situations.
2. Cover the costs of training young people in entrepreneurship, vocational training, driving, and retraining courses;
3. Allocation of subsidies to young people for the purchase of seeds and seedlings;
4. Cover the costs of renting non-residential premises for young people to engage in entrepreneurial activities and self-employment;
5. Providing subsidies to young people for the purchase of equipment and tools necessary for starting an entrepreneurial activity and self-employment;
6. Payment of part of the fee-contract amount for the education of young people included in the "Youth Notebook" in professional and higher educational institutions of our country;
7. Payment of housing rent compensation to young people, including young families;
8. Ensuring youth employment;
9. Engaging young people in entrepreneurship;
10. Organization of safe, orderly and legal labor migration of young people abroad;
11. Reimbursement of the youth mobilization reserve service fee;
Providing medical, legal, and psychological assistance to young people.
13. Supporting the talents of young people, implementing five important initiatives and financing activities within their framework at the expense of the "Youth Notebook" Fund;
14. Compensation of the costs of training young people in the courses of training drivers of motor vehicles - Compensation of the costs of training young people admitted to private organizations, included in the "Youth Notebook" in vocational retraining courses;
15. Compensation for the costs of professional retraining of young people included in the "Youth Notebook" accepted for work in private organizations;
16. Reimbursement of part of the costs of studying young people in non-state educational organizations in foreign languages and general education subjects, as well as the costs of passing exams for obtaining national certificates on them;
There are a number of other opportunities for allocating subsidies for the period of production practice at manufacturing and service enterprises to students who are enrolled in the "Youth Notebook" of vocational educational organizations.

One-time financial assistance to young people in difficult financial situations:
In this case, the applicant's age shall be paid up to 4 BCAs in accordance with the decision of the Board of Trustees. One-time financial assistance is primarily assigned to young people who are not fully covered by the state, who are in a difficult life situation. Material assistance is provided to a person once in a calendar year.
The procedure for allocating subsidies for the purchase of seeds and seedlings to young people included in the "Youth Notebook":
A young citizen registered in the tax authorities as a young entrepreneur or self-employed person included in the "Youth Notebook" may be reimbursed up to 25 BCAs in one year for rent of non-residential premises for up to 12 months.
Reimbursement of the annual expenses of children of families included in the "Youth Notebook" for studying in professional and higher educational institutions of our country on a paid-contract basis is carried out at the expense of the "Youth Notebook" fund in accordance with the decision of the Board of Trustees up to 50% of the amount of the contract, but not more than 50 BCAs.

In accordance with the application of young families included in the "Youth Notebook" to the heads of sectors and district (city) departments of the Agency for Youth Affairs, rent compensation for housing for up to 12 months may be paid monthly in an amount not exceeding 3 BCAs.
Exclude from the "Youth Notebook" in the following cases:
When moving to another territory of the republic for permanent and temporary residence, the relevant changes are made to the "Youth Notebook" no later than fifteen days from the date of registration for permanent residence and temporary residence.
"Youth Notebook" is an important initiative aimed at supporting young people. Through this, young people can increase their social and economic opportunities, get additional assistance in acquiring professions and education.
