This was stated yesterday at a meeting chaired by the President of Uzbekistan dedicated to discussing work in the field of social protection and priority tasks for 2025.

At the meeting, it was noted that it is necessary to prepare children from poor families and admit 3.5 thousand young people to universities on a grant basis in 2025.

Rectors of universities have been appointed responsible for training 4,000 young people from poor families. Minister K. Sharipov was given appropriate instructions in this regard.
