1. When a student applies for transfer of their studies to a higher educational institution where their spouse lives permanently in the event of marriage

2. When employees of state bodies, in case of change of place of work, apply for transfer of their spouse or minor child, the recommendation of the heads of the relevant ministries and departments is required

According to the current procedure, in order to transfer from higher educational institutions operating in foreign countries to state universities, documents are submitted only for relevant and related educational areas, and it is necessary to participate in a special test exam and collect passing points. Transfer to the positions of state grants in the corresponding and related directions of higher education and relevant specialties for all forms of study is allowed only at the request of students who have studied on the basis of state grants, within the limits of the number of state grants established in the admission quotas for the corresponding academic year in higher educational institutions. That is, if there is a vacant grant space allocated for the directions of a higher educational institution, the student may be allowed to transfer studies on a grant basis based on the situation in educational institutions.
