Articles 06/05/2025 What should teachers do if the computer fails during the certification?

Chapter 4 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Certification of Teaching Staff of Preschool, General Secondary, Secondary Specialized, Vocational and Extracurricular Educational Organizations," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 572 dated September 17, 2021, defines the procedure for filing an appeal.

According to the regulation, teachers dissatisfied with the results of the certification must submit a written application (complaint) to the appeals commission within ten days from the date of publication of the results.

Appeals to the Appeals Commission can be submitted in writing or electronically through the Ministry's official website.

In this case, the application (complaint) is considered within ten days from the date of its registration, and if additional studies are required, before the formation of qualification category certificates.

Applicants can also participate online, either directly or remotely, in the process of reviewing their appeal by the appeals commission.

If, during the review of the application, there are organizational and technical shortcomings in the subject or in the process of conducting qualification tests, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education will have to organize a retake of the test examinations.

For example, on April 15-16, 2024, during the certification tests in the subject "Computer Science and Information Technologies," malfunctions occurred on the pedkadr.uzedu.uz platform and it stopped working. In this case, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education conducted a re-certification in this subject on May 22, 2024.

Therefore, if organizational and technical problems are observed during the testing process, pedagogical staff must immediately submit a written or electronic application (complaint) to the appeals commission.
