According to paragraph 9 of the Regulation "On the procedure for creating the Director's Fund for the encouragement of exemplary employees of general education institutions and the use of its funds," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019, remuneration and financial assistance to employees of general education institutions are carried out by working groups for the establishment of bonuses, financial incentives and financial assistance created in general education institutions.

According to this rule, it is possible to financially encourage and provide financial assistance to other employees who are not included in the pedagogical category at the school.

At the same time, according to paragraph 29 of the regulation, employees of general education institutions, including managers, can be rewarded in the amount of up to 50 percent of the minimum wage only in connection with "October 1 - Teacher and Mentor's Day" at the expense of the existing funds of the Fund.

Therefore, all employees of the school can be rewarded only once a year on the occasion of October 1.
