Articles 02/12/2024 More than 600 thousand young people enter the labor market of Uzbekistan annually

The issue of attracting about 1 million highly qualified personnel to the civil service by 2030 is of strategic importance for Uzbekistan. A number of measures are being implemented in the public administration system to meet this large-scale personnel demand:

1.Youth support and development programs: It is planned to train young people in modern technologies and foreign languages through projects such as "Two programmers from each mahalla." It is also planned to train young people in modern professions through the "Ustoz" platform.

2. Public-private partnership development: The application of this model allows for the development not only of financial resources, but also of personnel potential. Within the framework of the Strategy, systemic mechanisms for public-private partnership projects are being introduced.

3. Expansion of economic opportunities: measures are being taken to create the necessary jobs to provide employment for 5 million people by the end of 2024. This, in turn, will create qualified personnel who meet the demands of the labor market.

4. Digitalization and innovation: Engaging young people in the IT sector and improving their qualifications will accelerate the training of necessary personnel for public administration.

Such measures serve not only to attract highly qualified personnel to the civil service, but also to ensure economic stability and development of society.
