Reposts 13/01/2025 Conditions for transition to HEMIS system for non-state universities have been approved

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 913 dated December 30, 2024, new procedures and rules were established for non-state higher educational institutions. These changes are aimed at improving the quality of education, regulating management processes, and introducing modern technologies.

Basic requirements of the new order

  • Integration into the HEMIS system: Non-state universities must have an information system to manage their educational, scientific, and administrative processes. This system should be integrated into the HEMIS system in accordance with the requirements established by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
  • Data entry into state information systems: Within one month after obtaining a license, the following data is required to be entered into state information systems:
  1. Complete information about the educational organization.
  2. Accurate and complete information about students and teachers.
  3. The data entered must be updated regularly.
  • License requirements: Information on the activities of licensees must be entered into the information systems of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
