Reposts 17/02/2025 Changes have been made to the procedure for granting paid leave to employees studying at universities.

 

   Amendments and additions were made to the Labor Code. According to the new version, the first part of Article 385 will be amended as follows:

   For employees studying in higher, secondary vocational, and specialized secondary vocational educational organizations in evening or correspondence form of education, academic leave for the period of participation in laboratory-examination sessions with retention of average earnings is granted:

• for those studying in the evening form of education in the first and second years - in higher educational organizations - not less than twenty calendar days, in secondary professional and secondary specialized professional educational organizations - not less than ten calendar days, and in the correspondence form of education in higher, secondary professional and secondary specialized professional educational organizations - not less than thirty calendar days;

• for those studying in the evening form of education in the third and higher years of study in higher educational organizations - not less than seven calendar days, in secondary professional and secondary specialized professional educational organizations - not less than twenty calendar days, and in the correspondence form of education in higher, secondary professional and secondary specialized professional educational organizations - not less than forty calendar days.
