News 27/02/2025 Participants of the "School of Women Leaders" at the Ministry of Digital Technologies

   Starting February 17 of this year, the new season of the "School of Women Leaders" program was launched at the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Within the framework of this program, the next stage of special training programs and practical exercises was organized for 100 selected women. This initiative is aimed at increasing the leadership potential of women, strengthening their knowledge and skills in the field of business and entrepreneurship, and helping them become qualified leaders.

   During the program, participants participate in seminars, trainings, and practical exercises conducted by qualified experts and specialists in the field. In addition, visits to government agencies, industrial and manufacturing enterprises are planned, which will provide participants with the opportunity to get acquainted with real work processes and exchange experience.

   In this regard, on February 25 of this year, participants of the "School of Women Leaders" program visited the Ministry of Digital Technologies, where they familiarized themselves with the activities of the ministry and the projects being implemented. Within the framework of this visit, field training sessions were organized in the buildings of organizations under the Ministry, where participants were provided with detailed information on the implementation of information technologies, digital transformation, and innovative solutions in the public sector.

   During the event, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Oleg Pekos, Minister's Advisor Kamola Sobirova, and Strategic Director of UZINFOCOM Dildora Tursunova met with the participants and provided detailed information on topical issues in the field of digital technologies, innovative projects, and initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of the ministry's activities.

   The meeting was held in the form of an open dialogue, where participants received answers to their questions and exchanged views on the role of digital technologies in public administration, the opportunities of women in the IT field, and increasing their leadership potential.

   This visit provided program participants with an opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the field of in-depth study of digital technologies and the implementation of modern innovative solutions in their fields.
