News 24/04/2025 Questions are updated every 2 hours, and reports about the spread of variant X are false - ministry

As you know, teacher certification is being conducted in all regions of the republic from April 15 to May 16. Minister Hilola Umarova, on her official Telegram page, proposed organizing a voice chat after the completion of the test trials and suggested listening to teachers' opinions on the certification. Hilola Umarova also announced the teachers who achieved 100% results in the certification.

However, a number of teachers are expressing dissatisfaction with the certification process, stating that the questions are very difficult. Geography teachers also complained about the poor quality of the images and the difficulty of the questions.

In response, Sardor Rakhimboyev, Head of the Department for Organizing the Process of Assigning Qualification Categories to Teaching Staff at the Ministry, who is directly responsible for teacher certification and regularly monitors the process, is analyzing some test questions on his Telegram page that have been causing many objections.

Today, reports circulated on social media about the spread of X variants of certification questions and various illegal activities. In the video below, it is claimed that a teacher is simultaneously visible in the video during the test and standing outside.

We attempted to obtain information about the situation from the ministry's press service. The Ministry stated that such reports are completely unfounded and false. This is because the questions used in the attestation are updated every two hours, making it impossible for their variants to be leaked or distributed.

Regarding the situation in the video, the ministry provided the following information:

A video circulated on social media showing a candidate who participated in the qualification exams in Samarkand still appearing to be inside during the online broadcast.

In fact, to prevent such situations, the process is transparently broadcast live.

Upon reviewing the video, interruptions and freezes are clearly visible. The live streaming of surveillance cameras inside the building where the category tests are conducted is carried out through the website https://cams.uzedu.uz.

However, since this site does not support the RTSP protocol, the video stream is transmitted through special encoding.

In this online broadcasting system, video frames are stored and updated every 15 seconds. When the site is opened in a computer browser, all the displayed frames are stored in cache memory (i.e., temporary memory).

If the internet connection is lost, the browser will automatically continue to display the frames shown before the last disconnection.

To resolve this issue, simply refreshing the page is sufficient. In the above case, the internet connection in the interactive panel was disconnected, resulting in old, pre-disconnection frames appearing on the screen. As can be seen from the attached image, this candidate scored 52 points and did not pass the attestation. You can also see photos of the candidate taken during the test and their status after leaving the exam (a full video of the entire process is also available and will be stored for 1 year).

Additionally, during the certification tests held in the Andijan region, another candidate was observed using a phone. On the same day, April 19, their results were canceled and they were disqualified.

According to reports, to date, a total of 24 candidates across the republic have been disqualified from the test exams for using communication devices or other means.
